This painting is a re-creation of a piece of art my uncle (Ralph Maeers) completed in 1971. He destroyed the painting the next day. This painting is a tribute to my uncle and to all people who struggle with mental illness and addiction. The Morse code message reads: “when all is said and done, your chaos is beautiful”
